At Watch The Nails, we do our best to get your nail goodies to you quickly and safely!
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed Monday through Thursday only (excluding holidays).
- Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
Local Delivery – Dublin, GA:
If you live in the Dublin, GA area, we offer home delivery for added convenience.
- A standard shipping fee still applies to cover the cost of gas and handling.
- Local deliveries follow the same 2–4 day processing window.
Shipping Details:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and are calculated based on the weight of your items and your location.
- Your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on item availability.
- Delivery dates vary due to shipping carrier practices, destination, chosen shipping method, and order size.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or remote deliveries.
Taxes & Duties:
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties, including sales tax, VAT, customs duties, and excise taxes related to your order.
Damaged Items:
If any items arrive damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
