Refund & Return Policy – Watch The Nails

At Watch The Nails, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on press on nails, gel polish, or any used beauty products for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

How to Start a Return (If Eligible):

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@watchthenails.com.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
  4. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting us first.
  5. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If Your Return Is Accepted:

  • You’ll receive instructions on next steps (e.g., replacement, refund, or store credit).
  • In some cases, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@watchthenails.com.

Mobile Services:

Mobile appointments cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

Digital Gift Cards:

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They can be used on all products and mobile services, and do not expire unless noted. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
